Seattle Avionics provides free, easy access to self-running online product demonstrations, free trial versions of our software and free use of some apps. Therefore, once purchased, software may not be returned or any refunds granted.

Subscriptions are non-refundable and automatically renew unless you contact us to cancel a future renewal. ChartData is for your personal use only and may not be shared, bartered, sold or in any other way distributed to anyone else.

Hardware is subject to a 15 day (after receiving the product) acceptance period during which the hardware may be returned but is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Hardware may not be returned after that period. All hardware warranties are through the equipment manufacturer, not Seattle Avionics. All hardware returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Hardware returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable.

Discounted products (any product sold at less than regular full list price) purchased from Seattle Avionics are not eligible for return or refund. They are nonrefundable and sold on an as-is basis.
